Fullscreen but not fullscreen?

So i recently started playing battlefield, and i noticed even in fullscreen my mouse curser still scrolls over to my left and right monitor as im turning. I checked and double checked my settings to make sure fullscreen was selected and i hit apply and the problem continues. This makes my character completely stop movement/shooting/everything and just stand there until i reapply the button i was pressing. Anyone know how to fix this?
