Game archives lost

I haven't played EA games for two months, but when I logged in today, I found that my account doesn't exist.

So I registered a new account with the same email and the ID is the same as before.

But after binding to Steam, I logged into Battlefiled V again and found that all of my content was lost, including level, progress in unlocking firearms, records, and so on.

I am very sad about this and hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.
