game crashes
hello so as soon as i start queuing for pacifique war or any other game mode my game crashes can i get a full list on how to fix

If you are on PC, try the following:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Update or reinstall your video drivers
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
If you are on PlayStation, boot in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:
