I have been playing Battlefield V for the past few days and now whenever I try to launch the game it will say I don’t have connection. I have stable internet and have PlayStation Plus for multiplayer. I was wondering is anyone else facing this issue or have any suggestions?

On April 16, 2020 an update to the PlayStation®4 system software was released. Update your PS4 if you haven’t already.

PS4 Notice
“Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet only when the power indicator is off. If you disconnect it while the power indicator is lit or blinking, data might be lost or corrupted, and you might damage your system.”
Try disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button. Then see if your problem has been solved.
