I play on Ps4 and all of today I’ve been trying to play online battlefield but it gives me error code 2000 and this has never happened before. I just want to play BF but I can’t bc of this error code. Please help

On April 16, 2020 an update to the PlayStation®4 system software was released. Update your PS4 if you haven’t already.
Current PS4 System Software Release 7.50
PS4 Notice
“Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet only when the power indicator is off. If you disconnect it while the power indicator is lit or blinking, data might be lost or corrupted, and you might damage your system.”
Try disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button. Then see if your problem has been solved.
