What's going on? I can't play BF5 online. I can't connect to the server on PS4.
Same here been down for hours.
I can't get on either. Error code 2000. However, everything else works on my PS4. I'm fully connected to internet, watched streaming TV to make sure all was well. Sony network is good. Something must be going on with the servers despite the claim that all is fine. Glad I'm not the only one.

On April 16, 2020 an update to the PlayStation®4 system software was released. Update your PS4 if you haven’t already.

PS4 Notice
“Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet only when the power indicator is off. If you disconnect it while the power indicator is lit or blinking, data might be lost or corrupted, and you might damage your system.”
Try disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button. Then see if your problem has been solved.

I had already updated the system at that point. Went to system settings when the problem occurred and it said I was up to date. Also checked to made sure I had latest update for BF V, which I did. So it’s not an update issue. It had worked fine the night before then wouldn’t work the next morning.

For PS4: Did you unplug it?
1. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet (only when the power indicator is off)
2. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes.
3. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button.
4. Check if your problem has been solved.

same here in my pc i cant connect to the server why
