Same issue here as well. California, USA. I wonder how many people it is affecting and if they’re working on a solution.

@On3ManArmy88 Anyone know a customer service phone number for EA? I can’t find one anywhere.

    @On3ManArmy88For now only way to contact them is via email. Their workhours have been shortened due to quarantine.
