Im at this point of giving up iv deleted it and reinstalled it , and im also getting no customer service or support to solve this issue. I also cant find any answers to solve this issue iv seen many people post the same thing on YouTube also asking for help but looks like ea games dont give a * as they have made there money out of you already
Iv done the same and iv left off my router and ps4 for couple hours still doesn't work its sad cause now iv waisted my money on ps4 plus and btf 5 witch is not cheap in my country just to play btf5 online and it doesn't work ,, even tho i can go online and my internet is work 100%
Had this problem last couple days ago and now again, there's nothing you can do except waiting for ea to fix this.. Don't get frustrated mate it'll pass
Im not sure about single player saved progres but u wont loose online progress
