Sometimes i can play 3h without crash but sometimes game crash after 20mins.
I have reported this issue after alfa/beta tests.
Support/EA moderators on this forum sends only ctrl+c/ctrl+v messages "update ur system/driver blah blah blah"
It's game problem not our system/configuration, every other games works perfectly.
Updating my GPU[RX 580] driver causes even more crashes.
Somebody below described this issue too

Hey all,
We're all gamers over here ourselves and know crashes are not fun. While this has been forwarded to the team we want to still make sure that users are looking into the potential solutions offered in these threads so you can get into the game and start to enjoy it. If you visit the Battlefield V board and search "crash" there are a lot of solutions popping up that might work for you. Everyone has different PC setups so there won't be a one solution for all. You'll have to see what sticks for your rig. Search "crash" in the search bar at the top HEREThere are some solutions provided in this thread though. Here is what's been working for some.
@Bolly_AU "I turned on Video > Advanced > GPU Memory Restriction yesterday morning after my crash and haven't had a crash since."
@IamAlfredo "I did a clean sweep of my graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), restarted my pc, reinstalled Nvidia drivers and haven't experienced a crash yet. I'll update if crash comes back."
@H1_L_Mann "In guess "windowed borderless"-setting was the solution in my case. Good luck!"
@Peh1984 "/user/"your username"/ documents/
look in the documents folder for something that looks like a BF 5 trails folder and delete it. That folder contains your configuration for BF 5.
In another thread, I saw that this lead to a fix."@V--FENRIR--V "Someone in another thread is saying that disabling XMP memory profiles in their BIOS is finding them able to play." https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Keep-crashing-with-no-error-after-about-5-20-mins-BFV/m-p...
@RRRodgA "So I've managed to correct my crashing (so far at least) now that I've disabled DOCP RAM settings for my Ryzen setup 🙂 This is essentially XMP for Intel setups.
I managed to play a 30 minute game of Breakthrough without an issue and although it's annoying having to turn off a specific RAM profile it seems to have fixed things for me. Could give that a try."
@Dek4-Dk "I just want to confirm that disabling XMP and using "auto" profile ram in bios has fixed the problem.
I hope EA fix that, i never had any problem before that mini patch that loaded in game screen.
i tryed everything before, even reinstalled windows. Disable XMP fixed it"@makkenikkinpo "Disable Win10 Game Mode. At least this worked for me"
Be sure to check out this helpful thread too. It's important you have the latest Windows update. https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/162109/dxr-how-to-enable-on-pc-known-issues

I’ve disabled a good few non essential start up services, iCloud, OneDrive etc but the one that seems to have finally solved stability issues for me is iCue for my Corsair keyboard.
Again something else worth a try.

Tried all of these and none are solving the issue.

Game starts up in a window and the second it goes full screen, the whole pc freezes, need to push the reset button.
I had to disable XMP / DOCP Auto did not work so i have to choose 2133 Mhz manually for my 3600 Mhz RAM .....
Game starts up fine, i can play as long as i dont ALT + TAB or ALT + ENTER out of the game, then it freezes the whole machine again.
System is an:
AMD R7 2700x
Asus X470 Prime
Trident Z 3600 Mhz 16 GB RAM
Sapphire Pulse RX 580

What...EXACTLY...are you trying to convey here? Are you trying to aggregate complaints? Are you linking ME in particular to some kind of solution? WHAT are you doing here?
The link you put next to MY name doesn't yield anything useful. I DID all of that to no avail. As has been said by MULTIPLE people in MULTIPLE threads... XMP profiles are a LARGE issue at the forefront here.
How about you ACKNOWLEDGE that particular issue in some meaningful way and, maybe...oh... I don't know... FIX THE DAMN GAME?
Is EA doing ANYTHING here or are they just leaning on "community managers" to appease us?
The release of this title in particular is rife with signs that development was extremely rushed and QA was lacking. This is becoming tiresome. STOP dodging the issue and TALK TO US. Communicate. Make us part of the solution and give us FEEDBACK on what the hell you guys are doing about this/these problems.- 7 years ago
It looks like my last reply was marked as spam and removed. It was a legit report of a reproduction of the bug and the attempted steps that I used to try to remedy it. (I hope the mods are not removing legitimate posts)
Tried the following things as recommended by the mod to try to fix it (all failed)...
Win 8.1 x64 / Intel 4820k / EVGA 980 TI Classified / Corsair 16gb RAM
1. Swapped memory modules
2. Remove XMP and tried auto for memory / Also downclocked memory timings and speed and increased voltages
3. Downclocked video card and CPU
4. Disabled all overlays
5. Uninstall/reinstall various driver versions
6. Confirmed stability of system on various other Frostbite games (BF3/BF4/Battlefront 1 and 2)... no problems there but will crash on BF V within 1-15 mins. Also did 2 hours of Uniengine Superposition bench so the video card is stable.
7. Doubled Virtual Page file memory
8. Repaired game through Origin
9. Re-thermal paste Video Card
10. Tried various in game "sound" settings from Stereo to Surround since some folks said this fixes it.
11. Updated BIOS / Full Windows Updates
Same Exception code: 0xc0000005 each time the game crashes to desktop with "BFV has stopped responding" so I'm pretty confident it's a game or driver issue. Error below...

I've spent more than 15 hours trying to fix this problem and haven't even gotten much play time in due to the constant crashes. It shouldn't take this much effort to get the game functional.
