7 years agoPlease try temporarily disabling your antivirus and when starting Origin, right click the icon on your desktop and then run Origin as an Administrator.

Hi Barry,
thank you - there is not Antivirus running. As I said, I tested the game on a blank machine - bare Windows with nothing running but Origin.
The only difference to my previous installation was that the game ran smoother with a freshly installed Windows 10, but apart from that the game crashed just like it did before.
My machine is also not loaded with devices or cars. It´s a sound card (with a driver that goes well into 2015 and that worked fine so far, I doubt that it causes issues) and a PCIe card for my 2nd m.2 SSD, which also did not cause any issues so far.
