Same here. I dont have this problem with any other game in Origin or Steam. Just Bf V. And it came with the update. Before that I had no problems at all. It ran on 65 fps and no lag or fps-drops.
Hey @VespenSWE @HelmHeim I've moved your post over to this one as it will be helpful to gather some more information. Can you provide us a DxDiag report?

Can you both check to see if you have the latest Windows update and drivers for your video cards? Try rolling them back if you can to see if you can play on the previous one before updating them again.- 7 years ago
@EA_Blueberry ... Yes I have latest windows updates and drivers from NVidia's site. I've rolled back to previous versions with no luck back to the one that was released by Nvidia when the game was released along with trying every version released along the way.
I'm cleaning out the drivers each time with DDU even and doing fresh installs of the driver.
Versions tried... 417.22/417.01/416.94. 416.81 is now blocked.
The basic test I do is...
1. Turn off internet
2. Uninstall all drivers
3. Go into safe mode and run DDU driver cleaner
4. Reinstall new driver with fresh install option
5. Run BFV into multiplayer spectate mode in grand operations and see if it can last past 3-4 rounds.

Just did a full uninstall/redownload + reinstall and even put the frame limit to 60 with Vsync on in a bid to not stress anything too much... still crashes.
