Game minimizes constantly

It might be Windows Defender.

1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & thread protection.
2. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.
3. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process. The exclusion will apply to subfolders within a folder as well. (add excluson for bfv.exe in game folder)

If you run the game in fullscreen it could be a third party application taking focus.

Does it happen if you play after a proper clean boot?

Just done a clean boot. It doesn't happen now 

For me the cause of BFV minimising to desktop was the Gigabyte Aorus engine software running.

I closed the program then went in to Task Manager > Start-Up and selected it and clicked the Disable button to stop it from loading when Windows 10 starts.

Now I just manually launch Aorus once a week to check for updates and then close it again when done. No more BFV minimising to desktop.

What if this doesn't work? It's recently within the last few weeks started happening almost every time I turn on Madden 22.

That is one approach. You can also disable half, see if that helps and then keep halfing until you find what is causing it. It's a question of elimination.
