game not saving + can't connect to ea servers

recently i downloaded battlefiled 5 from origin when i eneter game it start from prolgue mission. cant play multiplayer and snigleplayer game not saving my progers

      Dear EA.

      I have the same problam that mentioned above.

      I cant play online multiplayer mode, only single player.

      I have tried to solve the problem, but unfortunately I could not.

         - I uninstall / Reinstall the game

         -  I tried to repair the files.

       Could you help me?

        me too ,cant play multi,first give me to choose setiings and ten prolog
