game not saving + can't connect to ea servers

recently i downloaded battlefiled 5 from origin when i eneter game it start from prolgue mission. cant play multiplayer and snigleplayer game not saving my progers

    i fix,just disable windows defender all protections

how did you fix it im currently having the exact same issue and im not able to play my game please help @divardesen
