GTX 1060 6Gb + i5 2400 + 12 Gb RAM is there any chance to have 50-60 fps in BFV?

I apologiez for this not smart question, but I'm about to give up. Any settings I change do nothing it's always 30-50 FPS looking uncomfortable and lagging. Probably someone have the same set and he...

    @Masontlt Your CPU is below the minimum required CPU and Battlefield is a highly CPU intensive game so I wouldn't expect 50-60 FPS until you meet the requirements.
