Summarize your bug well i didn't get the ARRAS Skins for the guns nor did the guns unlock immediately in BFV that i did the the road to BFV For. thanks help would be awesome

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? i don't have the skins
What should be happening instead? I should have the skins and the guns unlocked that i worked to get back in BF1 For Road to BFV
