I also have this problem but only happens occasionally after respawn. Brightness goes way UP and can't be adjusted through options. Really annoying bug and makes sniping impossible.

I also have another concern when we play tdm on Hamada it feels like the whole time we are playing as if we are flashbanged...Its way too bright.
