I started experiencing the same issue since I upgraded to Windows 11 last week.
My character can run normally but it just stops at random times.
I thought it was something wrong with my hardware so I tried other USB ports, another keyboard and the issue persists. The only change I've made recently was Windows 11 install.
The "Origin in-game" was already disabled, BUT I also tried disabling it in the Game Properties menu specific to BFV and I think that fixed it for now.
If you scroll back the last few pages you'll see a lot of people have this same issue on W11, so try disabling it by right clicking on BFV in Game Library and disable it there too.
Some have also suggested to use new EA app instead of Origin and that fixed it for them.

OMG I uninstalled Origin and installed the EA BETA app. my mouse is 100% lag free now, thanks for mentioning that I had not even heard of that app before. Looks like Origin and Win11 have issues,
