High ping in EU servers, XBOX BF V

Hi, I play on Xbox and I am getting high ping in EU servers. I have been playing from last 2 yrs and I used to get 120-150 ping but from somedays I'm getting 330 ping in EU servers. I am located in India so there's no other servers. EU servers worked for me but now the game is unplayable. Please help.

    @Samsonknight007 hey bro,
    sorry to hear that but the problem in your internet connection. since the covied 19 most of pepole at quarantine working from home, using the internet more than anytime before.
    so you have to contact your internet provider to find out a solution.
