horrible dx12 rtx performance bf v
I'm a bit ... well i dont know what i am. I bought an rtx 2080ti. I got all latest drivers and windows update. When i start the game in dx12 the game :
- insane long loading times
-huge stutter and audio stutter in the startscreen, loading and movies screen. huge audio stutter also O_o
- terrible performance ingame at 1080p. I tryed the game with dx12 and rtx rays at low and i fall from 50 to 30 fps constantly. One big stutterfest and terrible terrible performance. In dx11 tha game runs smooth although i still have big fps drops around fire for example to 35/40 fps
O_0 please help...
I have a i5 7600k, (no oc) lsi rtx 2080ti and 16 gig ram and g sync monitor at 60 fps ☹️
You have the current GPU drivers and Windows update so that is good. A few more troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure all other available Windows updates are installed
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- In the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Adjust image settings with preview, in the main windows choose Use my preference and move the slider all the way left (performance), click Apply at the bottom right.
- In-game, go to the Advanced video settings and turn GPU memory restriction ON
