How do you get the BF5 veterans pack

I need to know how to get the BF5 veterans pack because according to the EA man I talked to on the phone I needed to play a previous battlefield is this true

01-Battlefield 5 Veteran Kits (Desert Commando & Medic, Fallschirmjager, Sanitater)

Only at the start. And they where available until the pacific battle pass 2018

02-Everyone who played BF3.BF4.BFH.BF1 will get this Dogtag in BFV
