How do you turn down the volume for voice chat?

My voice chat is way to loud and I want to turn it down. I don't want to turn it off. I've tried the VOIP volume and that does nothing. I don't understand why there is simply no volume slider with "v...

    Hey @thatguybasic

    Have you tried going into your Origin Settings and adjusting the VOIP volume?

    Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Voice, and you can adjust the Microphone/Speaker volume levels.
