It can take 15 days to 1 month before having an answer. If the ban is justified, your account will probably stay blocked.
If we have answer to your question please accept solution, if you like a post please granted xp 🙂.

From my experience it can take a while depending on the severity of your ban and whether or not you're engaging with the proper department; some users have reported losing perm access while others had their problems resolved in a matter of hours.
Best thing you can to is compile screenshots and/or video, and be polite when speaking with an EA agent; good luck mate
