How to report players

The game is unplayable with the amount of cheaters in every server  I tried leave the game for a while came back and its got worse  Every server full of cheaters re ranking cheaters and the do no...

There are OBVIOUS Cheaters with over 3000 hours of playtime, I have reported them multiple times, since over 3 weeks now.

So reporting obviously does not work.

And no, after over 1200 hours of playtime myself I can tell in spectator mode if someone is a good player or a cheater.

If you can oneshot other players with an MP across the map you are using a damage hack.

If you can just switch teams as you please, you are a cheater, because a normal player can not do that.
