huge fps drop after patch 4.6 i7 6700k + gtx 1060 6gb + 16ram

Question

After the 4.6 update i have lost FPS i went from 110-120 FPS to 60-50 FPS
every thing is on low but i feel like the graphics have changed after the patch wich is causing my problem
is it the game or my specs.

CPU: i7 6700K
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB OC
RAM: 16GB 2600mhz

@Zzboubauciel I have a similar issue. Even the menu is 80 something FPS. Aside from the patch I uddated my Nvidia drivers. It got slightly better (over 100fps) when I turned off DX12 and went from ultra to high on most settings. Prior to Operation Underground launch I was mid 150 FPS.

CPU: i7 6700K
GPU: 2080
RAM: 32GB

DX12 was giving me FPS boost about 20-30 now DX11 or DX12 have the same FPS all drivers are up to date
