I bought Battlefield 5 and Battlefield 2042 from Epic Games, they are not visible in the library from EA app Sotore, I cannot play.

    You told me to clear the cache of ea app sotoreyi, now I did it, my problem is not solved, there are many games in my , It does not appear in the library section but they are not available, I cannot download the games.

        Origin's cookie files are still there, I'm trying to delete them, it doesn't work, it doesn't allow it, could that file cause a problem?        Could that file cause problems?
