I Cannot Shoot in Game

    @EA_Kent So, for the second, maybe third time, I deleted everything and uninstalled it. I reinstalled everything and tested it. It seems to be working now. I played one round to be sure and haven't noticed anything. Thank you for your help.

I have a similar problem. It started on Fifa 20, when I could use only one button for everything (pass, lob, shoot). Then I wrote here for help and you (or some of your colleague) fixed it, but from that moment I couldn't shoot and couldn't sprint when I was holding the "up" button (and when I was sprinting and pushed "up" button my player didn't change direction at all). So I uninstalled the game, hoping that the issue is only in one game.

But the issue with "up" button continues to exist on Fifa 21 too. Is it possible to fix it?
