I can't get the game to save my colour settings

Hello!

I've recently run into this small of a problem. I can't get the game to save my crosshair, hitmarker and other colour orientated settings. They reset after every restart. My graphics settings and keybind or such don't reset though.

So far I've tried messing with the PROSAVE file and trying to change them straight from there. No luck there and usually even those changes don't save up. I've downloaded  the whole game after carefully deleting everything I have saved on the computer about it.
