I have the same problem. For almost 2 days, all my xp and progress are reset after every match.

Check your filter setting and make sure you are playing on ranked multiplayer servers ChuShi_ShuShu​.

I don’t think you can for now, it’s a EA internal system issue so their going to have to update the game for everyone to fix it, it’ll be a few days at a minimum which is really annoying.
