I can't launch Battlefield V after the last patch (PC)

Hello, Battlefield V has been working fine for me, but after installing todays patch, I am no longer able to launch the game. After clicking the play button nothing happens, the game does not launch,...

Hey everyone, 

A bit of an obscure workaround that may work. 

  1. Can you try to install an older Nvidia driver.
  2. Reboot the PC.
  3. Start the game up.
  1. If that does work try updating your graphics drivers to the new one after it and see if that works.

@EA_Atic just rolled back my nVidia drivers to 416.8, rebooted the system and it launched! was also able to enter a MP game and spawn.

    One more thing and I just want to be sure, have you tried starting just with DX11?

    @RainyDayInSpace I've done the roll back and it has worked for me. I had tried everything before (including a new install of Windows!)
