The way to fix this is to uninstall every file having to do with BFV including appdata. I was having this same problem, but deleting every file having to do with battlefield and then reinstalling it worked for me. Sure it is a pain, but it is worth it in the end.
@94RD First off what are your PC specs and second have you tried a clean boot? If not please try this as it will help rule out a program on your PC stopping the game from loading, for example g force experience is known to make issues in BFV for some. Also start with this make sure all this is updated on win 10 most will be but still check everyone of them to be safe.....
