Thanks for reaching out to us about this. What system are you playing on? Also, what happens when you try to play, but can't?

GTX 1050ti, Amd Athlon X4 845, 8gb ram
I downloaded the 90gb game file. Then, when I clicked the play button, a box appeared and said it was syncing. Then it backgrounded Origin but the game didn't open. I also checked in task manager, it does not open the .exe file- EA_Aljo5 years ago

I have a few possible resolutions for this.
- Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date
- Try following the instructions here for updating your CPU drivers.
- This post details an issue with Windows Defender that may be causing this.
- Lastly, this thread discusses update the EasyAntiCheat folder.
