I can't play BFV

I redeemed BFV from Amazon prime gaming. I can download but I can't play.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. What system are you playing on? Also, what happens when you try to play, but can't?

    @EA_Aljo my system:
    GTX 1050ti, Amd Athlon X4 845, 8gb ram
    I downloaded the 90gb game file. Then, when I clicked the play button, a box appeared and said it was syncing. Then it backgrounded Origin but the game didn't open. I also checked in task manager, it does not open the .exe file

      I have a few possible resolutions for this. 

      • Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date
      • Try following the instructions here for updating your CPU drivers.
      • This post details an issue with Windows Defender that may be causing this.
      • Lastly, this thread discusses update the EasyAntiCheat folder.
