I can't play BFV

I redeemed BFV from Amazon prime gaming. I can download but I can't play.

@EA_Aljo When I enter the BF1 game, the Buy BFV game box appears in the left corner. I have the game but it doesn't show in game

Sorry about that. I actually gave you instructions for an issue with Apex instead of Battlefield. So, let's go through some connection troubleshooting since it might be related to that. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thank you.

    @EA_Aljo Yeah. Actually my solution was a little different, I completely uninstalled Origin, deleted all its files and reinstalled it. Solved but still I can't enter BFV game from inside BF1.
