I can't play BFV

I redeemed BFV from Amazon prime gaming. I can download but I can't play.

I can't think of what could be stopping this from being able to be loaded through BF1. At least you can still load into BFV outside of BF1 though. If I hear of any other possible solutions, I'll update you here.
