I can't unhide my stats on battlefieldtracker website.

Hi, I have a problem and I need some advice.

I used to be able to check my stats on the battlefieldtracker  website. But one day I found that option in game "Share game data", I turned that off thinking that would give me better privacy. Didn't realize what it really meant till I tried to check my stats again after months, to be greeted with that massage saying "400 SERVER ERROR The stat collector returned the following status code: Private". 


So I went back in game options and set the "Share game data" to on again, but it didn't work & my stats are stil hidden.

I tried turning it on and off several times with no success, I also tried contacting the support of the battlefieldtracker website but they didn't answer my inquiry.

Anyone had a similar issue? How did you solve it?

Update: A person on the Battlefield V forums told me that there is a 2nd setting in the game's options menu that actually turn the share of stats on or off. 
After finding it and turning it back on the stats were back visible.

    @Naplesmania EA support wont be able to help on this.

    @lupo_wael If you are having continued issues with stats not showing I recommend that you reach out the owner of the webbsite.

    @lupo_wael This maybe a case of simply waiting it out a little bit, BattlefieldTracker usually takes time to upload peoples data. It could be a week or two but it should come back. If it doesn't try contacting their support through Twitter,Facebook, etc

    Just wait it out, because BF Tracker is not officially run by EA or DICE so it might take a little time before accounts get linked again

    In case, just try contacting their support or EA Support for further help
