I didn't get all the skins from the collection

Last time I bought a hide and seek collection for 1500 bf currency and skins for a deadeye and raubvogel are just not possible to be equipped or even used in a battle. When it comes to the tank, everything is okay, I can use it in a battle and everything is like good with it. Any suggestions what should I do to equip these 2 skins for character or somehow use them?
- @Lunka2006 I thought that would be the case to be honest. It might be worthwhile to contact EA Help in that case as they can usually assist with missing items.
