I didn't get my 4000 BFV Currency from DLC (BFV Starter Pack and Premium Starter Pack), please help me

This might be a really silly question, but since the Starter and Premium Starter packs are technically DLC, have you downloaded and installed them already? If not, don't forget that you need to do that.

Yes, I downloaded the DLCs but BF Currency was not uploaded to the account.
