I havent recieved my definitive edition items BFV

I've been playing battlefield 5 for a while, I'm roughly rank 30? I have it on EA play year 2 edition. I decided to buy definitive edition as it was on sale for £3.23 (a steal) so I wouldn't have to work for all of the items. For some reason I haven't received them items? What do I do?

@iu08w5dedau2 In that case, if they're not in the Armory for you to claim, you'll need to open a case for missing items at help.ea.com.
