Infinate loading screens between rounds (XBOX)

Summarize your bug NOTE: This doesnt just happen on conuest, it happens on all modes. When playing any mode, such as domination, conquest and grand operations, the game will infinatly load between rounds. this typically happens on a black screen, or somtimes the map loading screen and has one or two loading circles
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play rounds of multiplayer conquest on australia and NA servers and between every two - three rounds, it does the previously described issue
What happens when the bug occurs? it stays on this loading screen infinatly. i left it for two hours and had not changed
What should be happening instead? it should load the next round

- All multiplayer modes

- every 2-3 rounds

- black screen or map load screen 

- one or two loading circles in top roght corner

- never loads next round
