[Information Request] Can't get online bf5

Can some one help me whit this problem I have it after update. I try to repair game restarted pc I have internet everything is running only not bf5. [CM - Editing title for information request]

Xbox one. Called tech support went thru full troubleshooting cleared all caches, rebooted etc. Also set required ports to open. Still unable to connect to ea servers

Well it WAS WORKING YESTERDAY!!! What ever they did today BROKE THE LOG IN PROCESS!!!   WTF DICE!!!

    Yup, they broke it.  Ps4, unable to connect.
