[Information Request] Can't get online bf5
Can some one help me whit this problem I have it after update. I try to repair game restarted pc I have internet everything is running only not bf5.

I noticed that you're all using Spectrum for your Internet Provider. Have you had a chance to reach out to them to see if they're currently tracking any issues?

@EA_Kent I also noticed that also and I dont get it it was perfectly fine the 11th new map now nothing guess there is no other choice but to get a hold of spectrum.

- @EA_Kent Same on spectrum, all my other games work fine except battlefield 5 and battlefield 1. Since yesterday haven’t been able to connect at all seems to be in line with the update.
The issue spans the whole northeast.
Hey everyone this update dont like us Newenglanders.
I just called spectrum, they said my internet is fine but told me to contact EA for a solution since the problem only lies with trying to connect to their servers.

Spectrum told me the same thing. It appears EA access is down from Chicago to the eastern seaboard, including most of New England and northern New York. There you go ok EA LETS go we need to get on please .

It appears only some games are effected, for example titanfall and apex servers are joinable but battlefield 4 and V are not.
Spectrum support said there are currently no degradations or incidents on the network for my node. This is only for Battle Field V no other games on my PC/Xbox/Wifi Phone are effected in any way.
Reinstalling the game has not fixed the issue

I’ve put in so much time online, 32 days to be exact, play almost every day for hours... and I cannot play... wtf..
This isn’t an individual basis kinda thing, we’ve done all kinds of troubleshooting. Don’t tell us to go to our ISP when the only thing affected is BATTLEFIELD 5!!! I’m done. Fix it. I may not even play again.
I have the same issue. Xbox. Spectrum. They say it's not them. Tried all the things. Nothing. I'm in Wisconsin so it isn't just the northeast. Would like some answers.
I did have that crazy Alt_ stuff on my screen for all of the printed words last night, bit uninstalled and reinstalled and now it is gone.
Let's hope this gets fixed asap.
Do we have any sort of timetable for this to be fixed?

This appears to be a bigger problem now. People are reporting Battlefield V not working in North Carolina.
