Summarize your bug Was picking up the fifth letter, on the second mission near the AA gun. Jumped back into the tiger and continued with the mission, the part exactly after some tanks come and after you've dealt with them they start talking, which is when the game hard crashed.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get letter in the house, continue the mission to where they start talking.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game hard crashes
What should be happening instead? Not crash and register pickup of letter

I just want the skin, I've done 100% of the mission challenges and letters, but the game probably thinks it's still at 99%, im pretty much soft-locked out of getting the skin since the letter is not there anymore.
same problem i have collected all papers but still doesnt accept, i finished mission again again and again

Same problem, I have and can read all 6/6 letters, but when I look at the challenges it says I only have 4/6 and I clearly have all of them. Therefore I cannot get the Last Tiger Skin. I had similar problems with other parts of the game, like in tides of war I'd complete challenges and still not get credit for it so I didn't get some of the unlockable guns even though I should have. This game has a lot of bug problems that I hope they address and back-gift the guns, skins, and other stuff I missed out on because of their bugs.
If your on PS4 all you have to do is go to settings on your PS4 Menu then go to Storage then click on Saved Data and then you gotta delete your BF5 Saved Data once you do that go back into BF5 and it should restart everything in your War Story Challenges the down side of this is that you gotta do all of the challenges over again but it’s worth it. This worked for me.
And their “workaround” is to delete the save data and do it again and I don’t want to have to waste my time that could be spent in online doing the stupid challenges to get the skin
