Summarize your bug Not getting the last tiger skin when supposed to.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In my opinion it occured in second chapter of last tiger. Just after the AA-gun mission when u get back into the tank the game crashed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The last tiger missions letters wont register after you find them, thus meaning you wont get the tiger skin promised
What should be happening instead? You should get the skin after finding all 6 letters and completing the story and challenges.
I have complited every challenge and found every letter in the last tiger war story. But somehow the game says i have found only 3 and still in the same time it shows i have found them all. And now i wont get the tiger tank skin. And when i go and try to find them again, the letters aren't there anymore, thus making it impossible to get the tank skin.

What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get my reward. I have all 6 letters but the game says I only have five.
What should be happening instead? I should get my reward.
The Last Tiger will not let me have my reward, "Unique Tiger Skin". I have all 6 letters as you can see at bottom of pictures. I can read all 6. But it says I only have 5 out of 6.
Community AdminThe team is aware of this happening and looking into it, but we have a workaround!
Will it delete my progression if i delete the bf5 file to get the tiger tank skin

Summarize your bug Completed all war stories, collected all letter, and competed all challenges and received none of the unlocks (melee weapons or tank skin). All pages show complete except where the letters can be viewed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through and complete all challenges and letters on PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything shows complete and now reward, some letters are locked when viewing but accounted for on the chapter pages.
What should be happening instead? The melee weapons and tank skin should be unlocked after completing the prerequisites.
The orange circles would not be filled or checked if all prerequisites were not complete.

Summarize your bug I have done the whole last tiger chapter all assignments and letters completed, but it won’t give me the last tiger tank skins I’ve done this twice with no repairing and still have not received my tank skin please help!

What happens when the bug occurs? Doesn’t unlock the tank skin.
What should be happening instead? The tank skin should be unlocked
Tank skin not unlocked after doing everything twice.

Summarize your bug I completed the last tiger challenges months ago spending a few hours to do it all. After it was completed I got no skin and it doesnt even show up in the potential customization options (if its even supposed to be there). I waited a few months to see if the bug would go away after the tide of war was over, and guess what? I still didn't get it. Now last night I went online and found some people talking about messing with the settings files. I tried their methods with no avail. Now Im at least 6 hours invested with worse than nothing. Someone at EA wanna help me out instead of just sending me to the forums?
