[INFO/Workaround Fix] War Story Rewards Not Granted

Hey everyone,  

We have seen comments from players that this workaround have been working. šŸ™‚ 

*For PC you can try this:*

  1. Documents->Battlefield V->settings - Move all files out to desktop,
  2. Disable Cloud Saves and start game,
  3. Do the mission,
  4. Close game and put files back.

*For PS4 you can try this:*

  1. Export the game save files to an USB drive.
  2. Delete the game save files in the console.
  3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
  4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
  5. Close the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
  6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.

*For Xbox it would similar:*

  1. You would need to move the saved file from the Xbox to a USB stick,
  2. Clear local and cloud saves for BFV. (This wont remove multi player data)
  3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
  4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
  5. lose the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
  6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armoury.

Or could you just fix this bug and give us the skin. Not everyone has the time to mess around with settings that's why we have consoles.

    It's still being investigated.

    Tiger Tank skin reward does not unlock when collecting all the letters in the single player campaign.

      'Still beeing investigated' since god damn 5 month?

      Do they hope to fix it by accident while they * up another code for any unwanted update or whats the issue there?

      They surely are not fixing other bugs that occured since release in that time, since they did not even managed to reward the damn coins after reaching rank 50.

      Fml, what a joke.

      And i was always like people are just hyping talking bad about EA. How wrong i was.

        Currently I show 6/6 for letters on the Last Tiger with the checkmark, but down below where you can actually read the letters it says 0/6.  I've tried deleting save data etc.  When I run the mission again the letters aren't there to collect in game no matter what I do.  Not sure how I can fix this at this point.  See photo.

      Summarize your bug I have done all the challanges and letters but have yet to recieve my last tiger skin
      How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the last tiger
      What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot recieve the last tiger skin
      What should be happening instead? Recieveing the last tiger skin

        Summarize your bug All of the things are showing and tracked correctly but it will not give me the skin, ive restarted multiple times, but nothing will work, ive also tried the workaround but it didnt work
