It's still being investigated.
Tiger Tank skin reward does not unlock when collecting all the letters in the single player campaign.

Do they hope to fix it by accident while they * up another code for any unwanted update or whats the issue there?
They surely are not fixing other bugs that occured since release in that time, since they did not even managed to reward the damn coins after reaching rank 50.

And i was always like people are just hyping talking bad about EA. How wrong i was.
Currently I show 6/6 for letters on the Last Tiger with the checkmark, but down below where you can actually read the letters it says 0/6. I've tried deleting save data etc. When I run the mission again the letters aren't there to collect in game no matter what I do. Not sure how I can fix this at this point. See photo.
I have the same issue on Xbox; it says I have 9/9 challenges 6/6 letters, but the button says 0/6 and I can’t read any of them. The letters aren’t in-game anymore and I don’t have the Tiger skin. Deleting save data and replaying didn’t work (same exact issue, letters didn’t reappear and I was already at 6/6).
I was actually able to submit a ticket for this earlier and they gave me the skin immediately. Give it a shot.
Customer support added it to my account by way of using the chat service. Took 5 minutes.
