Summarize your bug Turning point challenges of the Last Tiger war story still glitched for me so I can't recieve the last tiger skin for my tiger tank.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not surel if anyone else is still experiencing this but the attached screen shots should show my issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? I completed the challenges a long time ago but its still not registering for me like they should be.
What should be happening instead? The challenges should be registered and completed since inconpleted them long ago whenever the war story came out.
Same issue ive always had need to know if there is a way to fix this since ive had this issue since the war story's release.

I'll give it a try but this won't reset my multiplayer progress will it it since I'm pretty far into multiplayer.

I had the problem as well and I did the delete files thing and replayed the missions/complete challenges but it still won't unlock the skin for me. Is there any other way to obtain it?

I tried to reach out today with the Callback help service. The guy was not very helpful and I felt like he did not understand what I was talking about. This is so irritating as this has been a problem since the release of this mission.
The Solution I was given today is the server is having problems and they are working on it. He told me to play more matches. I kept trying to explain to him its a single player glitch
My issue is the letters. I have collected all 6 and finished all challenges and the challenges have registered. The letters says 0 out of 6 but I have collected all so I went about this whole process. I then went into campaign and replayed but I cannot collect the letters again because once I get to that point in the last tiger campaign it says I already have letters and I cannot collect them. So I then tried to finish campaign and completing all challenges but I still cannot receive the tiger skin. I have done the whole delete process and replay about 5 times

Hi I've done this twice restarted the whole thing again and it still says I've collected everything but the letters aren't showing up and when they do it still says 0/6.
