This should help get the Last Tiger skin for you, @BeatMaster45 

On Xbox One
  1. From Home, select My Games & Apps.
  2. Highlight Battlefield V and press the Menu button on your controller.
  3. Select Manage game and add-ons.
  4. Scroll down to Saved Data.
  5. Highlight the saved data for your Gamertag and press the A button on your controller.
  6. When you’re asked to confirm, choose Delete Everywhere to remove your game data from the cloud, your console and any other console you play on.
  7. Launch Battlefield V and play the War Story again – making sure to catch the “missing” letters and challenges this time.
    • Once there are no gaps in the record you should get your reward.

I'll give it a try but this won't reset my multiplayer progress will it it since I'm pretty far into multiplayer.

    Multiplayer progress is saved to our servers.

      I had the problem as well and I did the delete files thing and replayed the missions/complete challenges but it still won't unlock the skin for me. Is there any other way to obtain it?

        I deleted everything and redid it and It still does not give me my Last Tiger Skin as well. All my orange circles are done as well as looking at the menu of last tiger and It is fully Orange. Where is my skin??? Quite Upsetting EA as I already deleted my saved game before cause that was the first solution given to me.

      I've got all the letters and done all the challenges on under no bridge and still not got the cricket bat what can I do please guys
