It's still being investigated.
Tiger Tank skin reward does not unlock when collecting all the letters in the single player campaign.

And everytime I manage to speak to someone at EA about this issue they just say wait 24 hours except Deepak I believe his name was he actually did his job and helped by manually unlocking under no flags reward for me
