Summarize your bug I've found all the letters and completed all the challenges but still not received the cricket bat why not it's doing my head in now took me ages for nothing what's going on guys please

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me the cricket bat
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the bat
What should be happening instead? I should get the cricket bat haha
I've done all challenges and found all the letters on under no flag bit still not received the cricket bat melee weapon anybody know why not I've tried everything
Hey, best thing to do if you have completed all requirements for the reward and it's still locked is just contact EA live support, they can issue you with the reward from their side ( they done it for me with the last tiger skin).

Ah that's weird, did you speak with them on live chat? it does seem some advisers will do it and others just don't know how ( from what i've been seeing) butthey definitely can do it for you,even the devs on twitter state to contact them about missing rewards lol. try again and see if you get a different adviser.
