Summarize your bug Competed all challenges and found all letters on Nordlys however the unique weapon didn't unlock. Couldn't access the 4th letter from mission 1. Tried the workaround on EA help, to no avail, when I went to retrieve the letter again it did not spawn.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check account story completion vs account unlocks
What happens when the bug occurs? Unique melee weapon remains locked
What should be happening instead? Unique melee weapon should unlock

Summarize your bug Well it's been 3 weeks since I've done all the challenges and found all the letters and guess what still no cricket bat.

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the bat
What should be happening instead? I should be hitting people with said Bat!

No cricket bat still but hey I've got 2 clubs.....wtf yes 2 clubs and no bat haha everything is now working properly after the recent rank weapons reward bug but I've still not got this bloody cricket bat! I want my bat I want my bat haha I'm going cricket bat crazy...

Summarize your bug Played "The Last Tiger" War Story and finished all challenges and collected all 6 letters, but on the overview screen it says that I have 0 out of 6 letters collected. I followed the common "fix" to this and deleted all data everywhere on my console from the game data menu from the xbox home. Replayed the mission but the letters were missing so it still registered as me picking them up but the progress still said 0 out of 6 letters. Contacted support and they couldn't help me and said to post here.
